Teil I verfasste der Gründer des IOP: Norbert Thom. Autoren von Teil II sind die aktuellen Direktoren des IOP Frauke von Bieberstein und Andreas Hack. Weiter enthält die Festschrift 55 Statements von Kooperationspartnern und ehemaligen IOP Mitgliedern.
