Full text not available from this repository.The invention relates to a combination medicament for the treatment or therapy of multiple sclerosis, which comprises a corticosteroid and an inhibitor of mTOR. The corticosteroid and the inhibitor of mTOR may both be administered by intravenous injection or by enteral administration, or by a combination of oral and parenteral administration. The combination medicament is useful for the treatment of patients suffering from multiple sclerosis that does not respond to corticosteroid monotherapy.
