A young underage Afghan migrant flees into Turkey not knowing where to go or what to do next. He finds refuge at the sports room within the shelter of unaccompanied minor asylum seekers in Istanbul. While preparing for his next journey into Europe, he picks up on kick boxing and starts working out each and every day. He practices hard and soft kicks, as into prepare for the next hurdle and struggle waiting for him.
