Full text not available from this repository.Eine lokale, intraperitoneale Verabreichung von Chemotherapeutika ist ein naheliegendes Therapiekonzept des Ovarialkarzinomes, welches in der Mehrzahl der Patientinnen in einem fortgeschrittenen, peritoneal metastasierten Stadium (FIGO III/IV) diagnostiziert wird. Die hyperthermische intrapertioneale Chemotherapie (HIPEC) hat sich – trotz erster positiver Resultate hinsichtlich eines längeren Gesamtüberlebens [1] – aufgrund der höheren Morbidität und begrenzten Langzeit-Daten aktuell noch nicht als Standard in der Behandlung des Ovarialkarzinomes durchgesetzt.
