Additional Information:	5 Apr 2022 Sarah-Lan Mathez-Stiefel, Associate Editor of the interdisciplinary Mountain Research and Development, joined Amanda and Carol to talk about the journal’s very exciting upcoming focus issue on indigenous knowledge collaborations and how using a multifaceted lens to examine issues impacting mountain areas can lead to transformational solutions. We also learn about “MRD Talks,” a new space, within the journal, for debates among researchers, policymakers, and practitioners on how the work published can inspire solutions for sustainable development in mountains. With experience in transitioning from subscribed to a fully OA model, we also discuss considerations for other publications exploring their OA options.
