Full text not available from this repository.Clip slippage and displacement during or after intracranial aneurysm surgery is associated with morbidity and can be detrimental. We report the usage of concomitant aneurysm clips and artery clips aiming to avoid this complication in a patient undergoing elective aneurysm surgical clipping.
