This article concerns the prosopography of the Decimii in the third and second century BCE. I argue for a Praenestine origin of the Decimii known as members of the Roman Senate and for a close relationship between them and the Decimii attested in the Latin city. A hypothetical stemma of the Decimii of the Middle Republic is thus advanced.
