Full text not available from this repository.Psychotherapy is a highly collaboratve and individualized mental health practce developed
in (post-) modern societes. The mental health outcomes of psychotherapy cover a broad
range of psychological factors including the reducton of sufering/symptoms as well as the
promoton of well-being, personal values, and personal strengths. There is extensive metaanalytc evidence that legitmate psychotherapy works remarkably well and robustly for most common mental disorders. In additon, there is a large body of meta-analytc evidence
supportng the potental relevance of transdiagnostc relatonship principles and
transtheoretcal psychotherapy factors. Based on this ongoing empirical evidence, we
propose four relevant implicatons for future training and practce in transdiagnostc
psychotherapy: 1) the development of a transtheoretcal legal framework for
psychotherapeutc treatments, 2) the formulaton of evidence-based transtheoretcal
interpersonal skills, 3) an orientaton toward transtheoretcal therapeutc factors, and 4) the
exploraton of comprehensive psychotherapy outcomes. We conclude with some more
general guidance for future directons.
