The present paper introduces the development and discusses the results of a Swiss German dialect indicator test in the form of a descriptive report. In the here presented study French-speaking apprentices and elderly Italian migrants were investigated, that are confronted with a diglossic environment. This therefore results in the use of a language variant oscillating between Standard German and Swiss German dialects.
