In this paper, we review our recent series of works where we determine the parameters of light strange resonances using data on πK → πK and ππ → KK ̄ and model-independent dispersive methods or techniques based on complex analysis. We also advance some preliminary results on a model- independent determination of the κ or K0∗(700) resonance parameters.
