Das Parlament verschärfte die Bemessungsgrundlagen der Pauschalbesteuerung. – Der Bundesrat bereitete die Unternehmenssteuerreform III vor. – Der Bundesrat legte dem Parlament die Botschaft zum Konsolidierungs- und Aufgabenüberprüfungspaket 2014 vor. – Die Staatsrechnung 2012 schloss mit einem Überschuss von 1,3 Mia. Franken weit besser ab als erwartet. – Der Voranschlag 2013 budgetierte ein Defizit von 450 Mio. Franken.
