Reference Theories in Pastoral Theology – and the Example of the Zurich Model of the Structure of Competences. The author examines the new Zurich model and analyzes its implicit norms derived from a specific reading of concepts of organization leadership. The Zurich model is contextualized vis-à-vis readings in various areas of pastoral theology.
