Full text not available from this repository.In this study, two octreotate derivatives N-[4-carboxy-4-[4,7,10-tris(carboxymethyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1-yl]butanoyl]-Tyr(3)-octreotate (DOTAGA-tate) and N-[[4,10-bis(carboxymethyl)-7-(1(1,3-dicarboxypropyl))-1,4,7,10-tetraaza-cyclododec-1-yl]acetyl]-Tyr(3)-octreotate (DOTA-t-GA-tate) were radio-labeled with (111)In or (88)Y and their biodistribution profiles together with their elimination characteristics in rats were compared.
