IBEROAMERICANA. América Latina - España - Portugal es una revista interdisciplinaria dedicada al análisis de la historia, la literatura, la vida cultural y las dinámicas socio-políticas de América Latina, el Caribe, España y Portugal, que busca servir de puente entre las investigaciones realizadas en distintos ámbitos académicos y regionales. Especialmente bienvenidos son trabajos que trasciendan el horizonte nacional y disciplinario de origen, incorporen enfoques comparativos o transversales y tomen posición en debates de alcance regional e internacional. La revista es editada por el Ibero-Amerikanisches Institut (Berlín) en cooperación con el GIGA Institute of Latin American Studies (Hamburgo) y la editorial Iberoamericana/Vervuert (Madrid/Frankfurt am Main). Se publica tres veces por año en versión impresa y online con acceso abierto y gratuito. IBEROAMERICANA está incluida en importantes índices y bancos de datos.
IBEROAMERICANA. América Latina - España - Portugal is an interdisciplinary journal analysing the history, literature, cultural life and socio-political dynamics of Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal. Its objective is to act as a bridge between research undertaken in different academic fields and regions. Papers that transcend national frontiers and disciplines are particularly welcome, as well as those that employ comparative approaches or adopt a position in relation to international and regional debates.
The journal is published three times a year printed and online by the Ibero-Amerikanisches Institut (Berlin) in collaboration with the GIGA Institute of Latin American Studies (Hamburg) and the publisher Iberoamericana/Vervuert (Madrid/Frankfurt am Main). Its content is available on open access, immediately and without charge. IBEROAMERICANA is registered in several indexes an databases.
