Während des Lockdowns half Monika Bandi Tanner von der Forschungsstelle Tourismus (CRED-T), kurzerhand für alle Mitarbeitenden im Schweizer Tourismus ein kostenloses E-Learning-Angebot zusammenzustellen: «Faszination Tourismus». Im Interview erklärt sie die Hintergründe und wie sich der Tourismus durch COVID-19 verändern kann.
